Iowa Business Report
Now in its sixth year, the "Iowa Business Report” is a weekly half-hour radio program featuring interviews about business, government, the economy, jobs, trade, and investments. Each program also includes a “Business Profile” segment, telling the story of one Iowa-based company and its impact. The "Iowa Business Report" also airs as a weekday two-minute feature. The "Iowa Business Report" is presented with support from the Iowa Business Council (iowabusinesscouncil.org). The program is a copyrighted production of Totally Iowa Media, which is solely responsible for its content.
Iowa Business Report
Iowa Business Report 23-19 (May 06-07, 2023)
On this edition of the Iowa Business Report:
As we wrap up National Small Business Week, we talk with Keith Hall of the National Association for the Self-Employed (NASE) about the role of small businesses generally--and of the self-employed specifically--in the U.S. economy.
Property tax reform was signed into law by the Governor on the same day the Iowa General Assembly adjourned for the year.
And in this week's "Business Profile", we'll introduce you to Justin Roberts of Ketelsen RV, a family business spanning three generations...and now with three locations (Hiawatha, DeSoto, and Waterloo)
